The North Carolina Association for Middle Level Education and the Schools To Watch Committee notified faculty and staff that East Yancey has been re-designated as a Schools to Watch.  This is the third time East Yancey has been placed on the Schools to Watch List, with only two other additional schools in North Carolina receiving re-designation this year.
